Notes : The suggested PK protoform is almost similar to the Tamil form for blood (neyttÅr), but it has to contain an inlaut -y-, since otherwise it is impossible to explain the unusual correspondence Kui -d- - Kuwi -t-. The forms with second -e- are secondary.
