Meaning : to dig, hoe; hoe
Notes : Causative conjugation in PGn (so the inlaut consonant is unclear). This root (DEDR 2064) is preceded by DEDR 2063 *koṭ- 'to strike, beat, crush, thresh, etc.'; however, most of the forms in both entries are identic, and those that are not do not contradict each other. I suppose that this is actually a single root.
