Comments: PAK *č̣́ǝ (in compounds with *bǝ 'thick part', *p:q:ǝ 'bone' > Ad. č̣ǝ-pq: 'waist'). The PAK *č̣́ may go back to PWC *ƛ̣, *ƛ̣́ʷ, *č̣́ or *č̣ʷ; we prefer *ƛ̣ only on basis of the external evidence.
